Services
When is my rental fee due?
Your rent is due on anniversary date of when you moved in.
If you move in on the 12th of the month your rent is due on the 12th of the following month.
If payment is not received by the end of the day on the 7th day after your rental date a late fee of $20 is assessed.
Your unit will be locked on the 10th day after your rental date.
Will I receive a monthly "bill"?
We do not send a monthly bill; we will send you a notice via email if you give us your email address.
If you need to have an actual paper bill mailed to you we can accommodate that request for an additional charge.
