It fits the contents of a fully furnished 3 bedroom house, including oversize items such as a couch, mattress sets, a dresser, a refrigerator, a washer/dryer, a dining room set, an entertainment center, and several large boxes.

Rent is due on the first of every month and pro-rated based on when you actually move in.
One month security deposit is required upon move-in and is the same rate as the unit that you are renting.
