79 Self Storage is a brand new 14 acre self storage facility located 20 miles south of Pittsburgh, PA along the I-79 corridor near Canonsburg (Washington County) PA and servicing all of the southwestern Pennsylvania tri-state area. 79 Self Storage is equipped with state of the art, industry leading gate controls, security systems and surveillance cameras to provide maximum protection for tenant's property.
All of our two story self storage buildings are both structurally & aesthetically top of the line precast concrete with stone & brick facades. 79 Self Storage is slated for a Spring 2017 Phase I opening offering 6am to 10pm gate access, 7 days a week, to over 200 individual rental units ranging in size from 35 sq ft up to 380 sq ft. Of these 200+ individual units, up to 60 units will be of adequate size (10' x 19') to allow for garage type, drive-in vehicle storage for most cars and light trucks.
