I can't recommend these movers enough! They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were kind, courteous and hard working. They accommodated everything I needed to have done including an extra stop to pick up additional items. Also, they were almost half the price of other movers I contacted and did not care that my move was on the smaller side. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience with Born to Move. Very nice guys, very professional. They were very careful with our furniture, everything arrived in perfect condition. My family just worked with Born to Move for a move from Boston to Maine. They were absolutely fantastic! First off, they easily accommodated a fairly last minute change in the move date. The team - Javier, Javier and Miguel - showed up at our home right on the minute of their scheduled arrival. It was a big job, but they were professional, kind, positive, and incredibly efficient. They moved us out of a two bedroom condo (with full basement!)drove to Maine, and unloaded in about 10 hours - wow! I would work with Born to Move again in a heartbeat!

Alex and Tony are extremely reliable! They'll work with you throughout the entire moving process. Their foreman Javier is spectacular! I used this moving company right before the pandemic in March 2020 and they were very communicative, professional, and nice. There was initially a miscommunication about how many movers I got where I requested 3 movers but got 2 movers but the owner was very responsiveness and helpful in correcting the issue. I've had horrible moving experiences in the past so the fact that the owner was willing to make it right meant a lot to me customer service wise. Would definitely recommend.

Alex & the team at Born to Move were absolutely fantastic. They were prompt to respond & answer all of my questions in the weeks & days leading up to my move. On the day of the move, they called in the morning to give me updates on their arrival time (they were very prompt!) and were incredibly efficient throughout the entire move process. We never had any worries about the care that they were taking with all of our things. Overall, they moved our entire condo by lunchtime and brought everything where it needed to go in our new home. I'd recommend them to anyone moving!

They were very professional and super easy to communicate with! I was moving from Boston to PA on very short notice, and they were able to move on the exact date I wanted, and delivered my furniture the next day. The price I was quoted was the final price, and all my furniture was delivered safely and without any issues. Highly recommend, they were great!

We hired Born to Move twice and in both cases we have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service: care in packaging, moving and unwrapping all items; professional disassembly and re-assembly of pieces of furniture (bed, table); strong working ethics. We used Born to Move to move from Cambridge to South End. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with. They also took great care of our items (including wrapping woods furniture in moving blankets), and they even hauled our sofa through our second floor window because it wouldn't fit up the staircase. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

First, Born to Move had the best prices I could find for MA. But the real reason I am giving five stars is because of the exceptional professionalism and customer service I got from Juan and Nixon. It was just the two of them for my small move so I was worried about how long it would take but these guys hustled and made moving my 30 boxes look easy.
They went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed where I needed it and were super polite and communicative. And they did it all with a kind smile. Nixon and Juan deserve a raise for delivering excellent customer service and efficient moving service! Hopefully I don't have to move again soon but if I did I would request these gentlemen by name. Highly recommend Born to Move- I imagine they train all their guys to be as helpful and hard working as Juan and Nixon were!

My wife and I had a lot of furniture to move into our apartment building in Boston. We decided to utilize "Born to Move." The movers were quick to pick-up our furniture (couches, hutches, tables, etc.) from the suburbs and arrive on time to our apartment. I was impressed how professional and knowledgeable the movers were. Some furniture was very large and they were able to get it all up three stories!
They were sure not to scratch walls or damage our furniture while being very quick and personable. I will undoubtedly call "Born to Move" next time I need movers! Highly recommend!

Very fast and proffessional service, the team they sent over were very friendly and helped move my furniture in no time at all. They made sure to be careful with fragile items and everything got moved to the new home very easily. Moving is always a hassle but they made it sweat free. Would hire again!

The move was great, despite the frigid weather. The guys showed up within fifteen minutes of the scheduled time and handled my stuff with great care. When I moved years ago, I used unlicensed movers I found on Craigslist, but it wasn't so smooth and didn't go so great. I enjoyed the opposite experience with Born To Move because they genuinely seemed to respect my belongings and treated them as though they were their own.
And they seemed to know the Boston area fairly well, so there was no need for elaborate directions. Overall, the move was pretty stress-free. I didn't have a ton of stuff to move, but I was still pleasantly surprised how efficiently things went. I'd definitely recommend this company for any moves in the Greater Boston area.
