This company was great! They arrived on time, and were fast and efficient. They were not able to get up our steep driveway at our new house and had to walk everything up the driveway. They did all that with a smile on their face and were still very fast. Highly recommend this moving company!

The guys were professional and very hard working. Hands down the best movers we have ever used. Very professional from beginning to end.

I recently reached out to Felix 4 days before I had to move, he was super responsive via email and text to accommodate me last minute. I hired 3 guys from his team and these guys absolutely crushed the move. They worked extremely hard were super professional and careful with all my furniture and valuables. This is my first ever Google review as I'm just never that impressed with services like I have been with Exclusives team. Absolutely the best experience that we have ever had moving. Movers were very careful in moving our furniture. We have two large dressers that were expertly moved down two flights of stairs without any contact with walls. Our furniture was carefully protected during transit. The move was completed promptly and as scheduled. I highly recommend Exclusive Moving and Delivery to anyone planning a move.

Appreciated the in-person approach by Brian - from walking through the house to determine our moving needs to being flexible in the move date when our first contract fell through. Both the packing and delivery by Exclusive Movers were professional and courteous.

Overall very happy with Exclusive moving. We had a lot to move (so much so that Bryan had to bring a second truck unexpectedly) and the guys worked very hard and quickly to wrap large items and pack the trucks. They were on time and attentive to needs. On delivery, they again worked tirelessly to move, place and reassemble pieces. In full transparency, there were a few things with minor damage but Bryan communicated with me on getting them fixed.

He was able to order a new bed rail to replace one that was damaged, as well as he had a very unique light fixed that had a few broken panes of stained glass. Again, we were happy with them and the move. Recommended? Yes!

Oscar and his team we're awesome! Took great care with our things and were more efficient Packers than we could have asked for! We used them. To pack up our house and will definitely use them again when we move into our new home!

On a 5-star rating scale, I would give Exclusive Movers 10 stars! They were exceptional, professional, took great care with my furniture and made sure my move went as smoothly as possible. From the very beginning when I met with Brian to get an estimate, I was impressed with the level of expertise, pride in their work and commitment to excellence.

Any time I had questions, concerns or needed clarification, Brian was available. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and my expectations were not only met - but exceeded. I was also very happy with the cleanliness of the truck, the amount of packing materials used (there was more than enough) and how they weren't scarce on making sure every item was properly wrapped, cushioned and protected.

The team all had great attitudes throughout the day, even with all the physical labor involved. Equally as important is that none of my items were damaged! MAJOR SUCCESS! A few days after the move, I contacted Brian regarding a couple adjustments that needed to be made on a furniture piece's reassembly. He immediately scheduled a couple team members to come back to resolve the issue. I was 100% satisfied. I will use Exclusive Movers going forward with any relocations I have and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Brian and team!

We used this company for our recent two-stop move, and they were AWESOME. They were quick, but extremely careful to ensure there was no damage to our items or home. The also did a great job of keeping the items going to each stop separated which resulted in everything getting to the right place. They were very patient about furniture placement, and cleaned up and removed all packing material. We highly recommend them.

We used Exclusive Moving & Delivery for a complete household move from Cornelius to South East Charlotte. We could not have been more pleased. Brian, the owner and his team did an outstanding job. We were moving from a very large house and decided to do it in 4 different deliveries over a 1 month period. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible, and understood the layout of the houses at both ends.

He helped us decide the best plan for making the move. We also used him for packing of the smaller items. He also moved the contents of a storage unit. We have moved many times during my work career with a number of the large nationwide companies. Brian was the best mover we ever had. He wrapped everything very well. We had absolutely no damage and nothing was lost in the moves.

Since the household move we have used him on 3 other occasions for delivering furniture and a whole house standby generator. Brian does such a great job that he takes most of the stress out of relocating. He is definitely our go-to guy for any delivery or large furniture moves. His pricing seemed to be very fair. This company is phenomenal from top to bottom. Brian is an attentive, accommodating, and fair person to work with. A team of guys helped pack our belongings for an out-of-state move, and the items were so well packed that only one item had shifted and was damaged during the two part move (one move of all belongings to storage, then from storage to PA). Brian made things right immediately. Shoutout to Johnny, Trey, Keith, and Miguel for doing an excellent job unloading and maintaining a positive attitude. They treated us like family and our belongings like their own. Thanks again!

Excellent. They wrapped all furniture items in blankets to avoid any damage. Also, they recognized my dryer had an old power cord that would not connect at the new house. Brian offered to install the new power cord if I bought it, so told that's what happened. Very professional. Great experience.

I thought that kind of understanding, customer service oriented, honorable company had disappeared - I would highly recommend Exclusive on all points.
