We had a concern about mold in our basement and a very tight timeline with long-term guests coming within a week. Not only did Didi make sure to get the work done on our schedule, but when another area was discovered mid-job that needed remediation, he stayed late to get it done THAT DAY so we wouldn't have to move our guests. Big relief in an overall totally stressful situation.

Not to mention technicians were on time, cleaned up AMAZINGLY after themselves, and Robert made a point of explaining each step to me and showing me exactly what they did and what they found.
