We have made major improvements to the facility this summer with the installation of award-winning pavers, new security cameras, and additional lighting. We have our ground floor units (no temperature control) with drive-up access, ranging from 5x5 to 12x29, prices vary by size. Rent for the first month is pro-rated. Fees, listed below, are the same for all sizes.
Our refundable $75 security deposit includes the borrowing of a disc lock and key. The security deposit is refunded when you leave if you return the lock/keys and sweep your unit. You may also supply your own lock and key. You may pay by credit or debit card (automatic payment system or monthly call-in), cash, check, or money order. Unpaid units will be overlocked on the 15th of the month with additional charges of $25 for the lockout/pre-lien and $20 for sending certified letters.
