One months fee refundable deposit on all units upon moving out providing unit is broom swept and clean. Size equivalent to a regular closet. Will hold personal items, clothes, boxes, skis, children's toys, small furniture items, business records and sales rep materials. Size equivalent to a walk-in closet. Will hold small amounts of furniture, sofas, chairs, chest of drawers, boxspring and mattress, business supplies and records.
Plus other small items and boxes. Size equivalent to half of a one-car garage. Will hold items from a one-bedroom apartment with major appliances, other furniture and supplies.
