Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit.
Do not store anything COMBUSTIBLE (e.g., paint thinner, gasoline, solvents, or paint), hazardous, toxic, or any type of food items.
Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 pounds (although we suggest not putting too much in each box).
Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit.

A: The reservation fee is necessary in order to hold your selected unit.
This is a non-refundable fee; however, if you complete the rental paperwork within 5 business days the fee will be credited to your account.
A: We charge the security deposit because we issue all customers who rent parking spaces a parking permit that must be displayed on your vehicle when parking in our secured lot.
You will get your security deposit back if you turn in your parking permit upon termination of your lease.
A: We are setting the standard with our security measures.
This is a non-refundable fee; however, if you complete the rental paperwork within 5 business days the fee will be credited to your account.
