From beginning to end I can honestly say my experience with Storage Masters has been a great one. The property is clean inside & out so are the storage units. They have a very sturdy lift/elevator for your furniture/heavy items. They also offer a free truck for moving! I luv it! This location is clean and very secure! Not to mention the fairest deal around for heated and cooled storage!
I have used them in the past and had very bad experiences with the old manager, I believe a young kid named Jason. He is gone, and more professional and mature management is now over seeing the business. It makes all the difference from my phone call asking info, to coming in to sign those papers, this time I was treated kindly and with respect. It was a great and fun experience and i will use this location again if i need to!
